Support FAQ
These answers explain the current marketplace and customer portal behaviour.
Sign in and open My Orders from your dashboard. Each order shows its order number, amount, payment status, order status, and invoice availability.
Available downloads appear in the Downloads section of your customer dashboard. Download access depends on a valid product entitlement.
Open the Licenses section in your dashboard. License information is only shown to the customer who owns the related product entitlement.
A pending order means payment has not been confirmed. Payment integration is currently deferred, so pending development orders should not generate licenses, downloads, or invoices.
Use Contact for general, product, billing, or business enquiries. Signed-in customers should use Customer Support for purchased-product issues and ongoing conversations.
Never send passwords, authentication secrets, complete payment card details, API keys, private license keys, or other sensitive credentials.
Use customer support for purchased software, or send a general enquiry through the working contact page.
