Payments and financial data
SoftVani's payment gateway is not currently configured. Stored order, price, membership, quotation, milestone, or payment-status records are not independently treated as proof that money has been received.
When a payment provider is enabled, payment processing may be handled by that provider under its own privacy policy and security terms. SoftVani does not intend to collect or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own application servers.
Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including account operation, software access, licensing, order history, support, custom projects, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, tax, accounting, and enforcement of agreements.
Retention periods may differ according to the type of record, the user's relationship with SoftVani, legal requirements, security needs, and whether an active dispute or investigation exists.
International data transfers
SoftVani and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards will be used for international data transfers.
